Runde Rural District Council has officially commenced the reconstruction of the Tomu Chibi Bridge, a key infrastructure project aimed at improving accessibility and transport within the district. The reconstruction of the bridge will enhance safe passage for motorists 🚗, pedestrians 🚶♂️, and local communities, while also improving connectivity for economic and social activities in the area.
Runde Rural District Council held a Budget Feedback Meeting on Friday, 6 March 2025, in the Council Boardroom, which was attended by small scale miners from across the district. The meeting provided an important platform for Council to present feedback on the budget and engage stakeholders from the mining sector on issues affecting their operations and contributions to local development.
